摘要: 结合炭套结瘤理论分析和工艺现场实践,总结无取向硅钢连续退火炉用炭套辊结瘤演变机理及控制要素,通过对退火炉进行设备改造、降低退火前基料的含碳量、控制炉内露点和气氛、增强退火前工序基料表面管控和碱洗过程清洗质量、规范调整材管理规定等措施,有效降低了炭套辊结瘤的发生。通过速度补偿法快速定位结瘤范围,减少结瘤辊位置摸排准备时间,以达到提高连退炉生产的高质量性、高连续性、高周期性的目的。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of carbon sleeve nodulation theory and on-site process practice, this paper summarized the mechanism and control elements of carbon sleeve roller nodulation evolution in non-oriented silicon steel continuous annealing furnace. Through equipment modification of the annealing furnace, reducing the carbon content of the base material before annealing, controlling the dew point and atmosphere inside the furnace, enhancing the surface control of the base material before annealing and the cleaning quality of the alkali washing process, and regulating the material management regulations, the occurrence of carbon sleeve roller nodulation has been effectively reduced. By using the speed compensation method to quickly locate the range of nodules and reduce the preparation time for the positioning of nodule rollers, the goal to improve the high quality, continuity, and periodicity of continuous annealing furnace production has been achieved.
