摘要: 硅钢热平整拉伸机组的酸洗槽出口挤干纠偏辊是整条作业线最关键的设备之一,它的工作环境恶劣,平常难以有效维护,故障频发,给生产运行稳定带来了极大的困扰。一旦发生断带,操作人员异常作业会导致安全风险倍增。围绕如何降低轴承故障,本文研究和阐述了一种新型的用于酸洗槽出口挤干纠偏辊的挡水装置,并将其和传统挡水装置进行对比,结合装置实施后的使用情况,证明了该新型装置的良好效果,值得继续推广。

Abstract: The squeezing and deviation-correction roller at the outlet of acid tank of the CT unit for silicon steel is one of the most critical devices in the entire operation line. Its working environment is harsh, and it is usually difficult to maintain effectively. Frequent failures have brought great troubles to the stability of production and operation. Once the strip breaks, abnormal operations by operators will lead to a doubling of safety risks. Focusing on how to reduce bearing failures, a new type of fluid-blocking device for the squeezing and deviation-correction rollers at the outlet of acid tank was described and compared with traditional fluid-blocking devices in this paper. Combined with the usage situation after the implementation of the device, the good effect of this new device is proved and it is worthy of further promotion.
