立体卷铁心的单框损耗测量试验及验证

摘要: 立体卷铁心变压器因其铁心具有独特的三相对称结构,具有损耗小、重量轻和散热效果好等优点。由于铁心结构和硅钢片的非线性导致铁心磁场中存在较强的3次谐波,使每个铁心单框处于非正弦激励状态,因此采用市电作电源无法直接测量立体卷铁心的单框损耗。本文通过建立立体卷铁心的三维有限元分析模型,分析了立体卷铁心的磁场分布特征,以此为基础测量并获取立体卷铁心单框的非正弦激励电压,并提出了一种快速测量立体卷铁心单框损耗的试验方法,验证了试验方法的有效性。

Abstract: 3D wound core transformer has a special symmetry structure for three phase. It has several advantages, such as low core loss, light weight and better heat dissipation effect. Due to the structure of the core as well as the nonlinear magnetization of the silicon steel sheet, the magnetic field in the core has stronger 3rd harmonic waves, which make every frame of the core in non-sinusoidal excitation condition. Therefore it is impossible to measure the core loss of the frame of 3D wound core directly. In this paper three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established to analyze the distribution characters of 3D wound core. On this basis, non-sinusoidal exciting voltages of 3D wound core were measured, and a rapid test method of single frame core loss of 3D wound core was proposed and its availability was verified.
