摘要: 对硅钢退火机组清洗段刷辊结构进行了改造,采用梯度配置刷辊刷毛区域长度,单点控制刷辊上升下降运动,有效解决了钢带轧制油清洗问题,显著提高了硅钢表面清洗质量,减少了最终产品表面缺陷,同时降低了生产成本。

Abstract: A method for improving the structure of brushes in cleaning section of silicon steel annealing line was revealed in this paper. To configure the length of brush roller bristle area by gradient, and single-point control brush roller ascending and descending movement, the cleaning problem of steel strip rolling oil was effectively solved, which significantly improved the cleaning quality of sheet surface, reduced the defects of the final products, and meanwhile reduced the cost of production.
