摘要: 米巴赫激光焊机是常化机组的重要设备之一,焊接质量决定了整个机组的运行,剪切效果决定了焊接质量。通过对焊机剪匣装置调整方法进行优化,大幅提升了剪切效果,保证了焊缝质量,提高了机组整体运行率。

Abstract: Mibach laser welding machine is one of the important equipment of the normalization unit. The welding quality determined by the shearing effect is very important to the operation of the whole unit. By optimizing the adjustment method of the cutting box device of the welding machine, the cutting effect was greatly improved, which guaranteed the weld quality and improved the overall operation rate of the unit.
