摘要: 通过拉伸试验和金相组织分析,对采用冲床、铣床、激光切割3种不同加工方式的高牌号无取向电工钢的室温力学性能进行分析,结果表明:从加工面来说,铣削、激光加工面相比冲床加工面更为规则、平整;对毛刺而言,冲床加工最严重,其次是激光切割,最好的是铣床加工。同时可以看出,使用此类材料时,为尽可能减少加工方式对材料力学性能影响,使用激光切割技术代替传统冲床加工是可行的。

Abstract: The mechanical properties of high grade nonoriented electrical steels which were processed by three different methods of punching machine, milling machine and laser, were analyzed through tensile test and microstrtucture analysis. The results showed that, in  the aspect of processing surface, the milling and laser machining surfaces are more regular and smooth than that of punch processing. And for burr, the burr in punch processing is the most serious, laser cutting secondly, milling machine processing for the best. At the same time, it can be seen that in order to reduce the effects of processing methods on the high grade nonoriented electrical steel's mechanical properties, using laser cutting technology to instead traditional punch processing is feasible when using such materials.
