摘要: 结合机组生产带钢性能参数,设计核算迁钢冷轧连续退火机组入口段1号张力辊辊径及材质、带钢包角、张力放大系数以及减速机、传动电机等相关技术参数,验算电机功率满足现场实际需求,为同类机组的设计提供参考。

Abstract: Combined with the performance parameters of the cold rolling continuous annealing unit in the production of strip steels in Qiansteel, both the diameter, the material, the strip cladding angle and the tension amplification coefficient of No.1 tension roller in the entrance section of the unit, and the relevant parameters of reducer, drive motor were designed and accounted in this paper. The results showed that the checked power of the motor met the actual needs of production, which can provide reference to the design of similar units.
