厚度对新能源汽车用硅钢性能的影响

Effect of thickness on properties of silicon steel for new energy vehicles

摘要: 针对高合金含量新能源汽车用硅钢试验材料,采用XRD、EBSD和磁性能测量技术对比分析0.20 mm、0.25 mm两个厚度的新能源汽车用硅钢的组织、夹杂物、织构、磁性能及力学性能。结果表明:产品厚度从0.25 mm降低至0.20 mm,样品组织的平均晶粒尺寸降低约7 μm,晶粒均匀性提高;两个厚度产品的织构以{114}<481>、{223}<362>织构为主,α织构强度均较弱;夹杂物的尺寸和种类接近;低频铁损P1.5/50升高约0.11 W/kg,高频铁损P1.0/400降低约1.27 W/kg,磁感应强度降低约0.32 T;力学性能相差不大。

Abstract: This article focused on experimental materials of high alloy content silicon steel for new energy vehicles. XRD, EBSD and magnetic property measurement techniques were used to compare and analyze the microstructure, inclusions, texture, magnetic properties, and mechanical properties of two thicknesses of 0.20 mm and 0.25 mm silicon steel for new energy vehicles.The results indicated that:when the product thickness reduces from 0.25 mm to 0.20 mm, the average grain size of the sample structure decreases about 7 μm and improves grain uniformity.The textures of products with two thicknesses are mainly {114}<481> and {223}<362>, and the strength of α texture is relatively weak.The size and type of inclusions are similar;the low⁃frequency iron loss increases by about 0.11 W/kg, the high⁃frequency iron loss decreases by about 1.27 W/kg, and the magnetic induction intensity decreases by about 0.32 T, with little difference in mechanical properties.
