改善低温高磁感取向硅钢热轧卷边部质量研究

Research on enhancing the edge quality of low temperature and high magnetic induction orientated silicon steel hot-rolled coil

摘要: 针对取向硅钢热轧板的边部较粗糙,造成后续冷轧时易开裂的问题,通过热模拟试验机测定取向硅钢的热强性热塑性曲线和在不同变形条件下的热模拟实验,表明在700~750 ℃时,断面收缩率降到最低点约为35 %,断口形貌中韧窝数量较少,为脆性断裂,不适合在此温度下轧制,且高温变形后因内部畸变能高,可以通过发生静态再结晶消除变形晶粒,并使再结晶晶粒长大。通过减少粗轧道次改为1+3,投入边部加热器90 ℃,严格控制轧线除鳞水及冷却水的投入来补偿取向硅钢轧件边部的温降,并投入粗轧立辊侧压30 mm,提高边部再结晶发生程度,同时缩小装炉时取向硅钢的装炉间隙至50 mm,缩短取向硅钢的加热时间至180 min等方法来改善取向硅钢热轧卷的边部质量。结论表明,工艺优化后,取向硅钢热轧卷的边部优良率由原来30 %左右提升至80 %以上,且对成品磁性能无明显影响。

Abstract: In order to study the edge quality of the hotrolled plate of oriented silicon steel is coarse, which readily leads to cracking during subsequent cold rolling, the thermal strength thermoplastic curve of oriented silicon steel and the thermal simulation test under various deformation conditions is measured by a thermal simulation testing machine. 
At 700 ℃ to 750 ℃, the reduction of area drops to the lowest point (approximately 35 %), and the fracture morphology shows fewer dimples, indicating brittle fracture, making it unsuitable for rolling within this temperature range. Additionally, due to the high internal distortion energy after hightemperature deformation, the deformed grains can be eliminated through static recrystallization, and the recrystallization grains grow.By reducing the roughing pass to 1+3, setting the edge heater at 90 ℃, strictly controlling the input of scaling water and cooling water in the rolling line to compensate the temperature drop at the edge of the oriented silicon steel, and using the side pressure of the vertical roll of the rough rolling 30mm to improve the degree of recrystallization at the edge,and reducing the loading gap of the oriented silicon steel to 50mm during the furnace loading,shortening the heating time of oriented silicon steel to 180 min can improve the edge quality of oriented silicon steel hot-rolled coil. The results showed that the edge quality excellence rate of oriented silicon steel hot-rolled coil is increased from approximately 30 % to more than 80 % after the process optimization, and there is no significant impact on the magnetic properties of the finished coil.
