大宽度取向硅钢卷轧向和横向铁损分布研究

摘要: 研究了大宽度取向硅钢卷轧向和横向铁损分布的特征和影响因素。结果表明:取向硅钢卷的轧向和横向铁损均具有不均匀分布的特征;轧向和横向铁损最大值均出现于最内圈区域和冷点区域;随轧向位置的变化,横向铁损的最大值与最小值均出现波动,造成横向铁损波动值与轧向位置密切相关。分析认为,大宽度取向硅钢卷轧向和横向铁损分布的特征,主要与高温退火阶段不均匀分布的温度场有关。温度场的不均匀分布,造成取向硅钢卷不同位置的二次再结晶过程和净化退火效果存在显著差异。一方面,取向硅钢卷在高温退火阶段的最内圈和冷点区域的二次再结晶晶粒尺寸显著小于最外圈区域,并且最内圈和冷点区域残留岛晶沿钢板横向呈现出梯度分布特征,而最外圈区域几乎不存在岛晶;另一方面,最内圈和冷点区域的N元素含量沿钢板横向的分布梯度明显大于最外圈区域。

Abstract: The characteristics and influencing factors of iron loss distribution along rolling direction and transverse direction of large width oriented silicon steel coil were studied. The results showed that the iron loss along both the rolling direction and the transverse direction had obvious nonuniform distribution characteristics.The maximum iron loss along the rolling direction and the transverse direction both occurred in the innermost circle area and the area where the cold spot was located.With the changing position along the rolling direction, both the maximum and minimum iron losses along the transverse direction fluctuated, resulting in the fluctuation value of the transverse iron loss being closely related to the position along the rolling direction.It was concluded that the characteristics of iron loss distribution along the rolling direction and transverse direction of large width oriented silicon steel coil were mainly related to the non-uniform distribution of temperature field during high temperature annealing. The non-uniform distribution of temperature field resulted in significant differences in the secondary recrystallization process and purification annealing effect at different positions of oriented silicon steel coil.On the one hand, the secondary recrystallization grain size in the innermost ring and cold spot region of oriented silicon steel coil was significantly smaller than that in the outermost ring region, and the residual island grain in the innermost ring and cold spot region showed a gradient distribution along the transverse direction, while there was almost no island grain in the outermost ring region. On the other hand, the distribution gradient of N content in the innermost ring and cold spot region along the transverse direction was obviously larger than that in the outermost ring region.
