摘要: 某硅钢退火涂层线在生产薄规格高牌号无取向硅钢产品时,带钢表面存在发黑的现象。通过退火炉生产工况分析和产品分析,采取了退火炉的气密性提升和工艺制度优化等措施,并结合生产实际调整和优化,降低高牌号无取向硅钢带钢表面的氧化,从而减少带钢表面发黑现象。

Abstract: During the production of thin and high-grade NGO products on a certain silicon steel annealing coating line, there is a phenomenon of blackening on the surface of the strip. After analyzing the annealing furnace production conditions,and product appearance, this article takes measures to improve the airtightness of the annealing furnace and optimize the process system. Combined with actual production adjustments and optimizations, it reduces the oxidation on the surface of high-grade non oriented silicon steel strip, thereby reducing the blackening phenomenon on the surface of the strip.
