常化对高效电机用无取向硅钢组织织构及磁性能的影响

摘要: 通过扫描电镜、EBSD和爱普斯坦等方法研究了未经过和经过常化处理的高效电机用无取向硅钢冷轧和退火态的显微组织、织构及磁性能。结果表明:常化处理后,冷轧板多为剪切带和变形带,相较于未常化试样,常化试样在冷轧退火后的晶粒尺寸显著增大,γ 织构和α*织构明显减弱,η织构明显更高,铁损下降,磁感提高。

Abstract: Microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of cold rolling and annealing non-oriented silicon steel for high efficiency motor with normalizing and without normalizing were investigated through scanning electron microscope, EBSD and Epstein frame. The results showed that after normalizing, the cold rolling samples are featured by shear bands and deformation bands. Comparing to the samples without normalizing, the grain size of the samples with normalizing after annealing is bigger, the γ and α* fiber texture are weakened, while the ηfiber texture is enhanced. The iron loss of the samples with normalizing after annealing is lower and the magnetic induction intensity is higher.
