二十辊轧机非对称配辊模型的坐标计算方法

摘要: 目前的二十辊轧机配辊模型一般基于辊系左右对称来进行计算,但在实际情况下,左右对应轧辊直径不一定相同,此时用左右对称的方法会带来误差,很有可能影响到配辊的准确性。另外,该方法也不适用于A辊和D辊辊径补偿调节量不相同的情况,有一定的局限性。本文所述的非对称配辊模型的坐标计算方法,完全满足上述的情况,适用范围更广泛,计算准确性更高。同时,将本文的成果进行编程,可以快速且准确地计算所有轧辊的辊心坐标。

Abstract: Presently, the common roller arrangement model for the 20-high rolling mill is primarily based on the assumption of left-right symmetry within the roller system. However, it’s important to note that the actual diameters of the corresponding rollers may not necessarily align. In such instances, relying solely on the left-right symmetry approach introduces potential errors, which could compromise the precision of the roller arrangement process.Moreover, this method is not suitable for cases where there are discrepancies in the diameter compensation between roller A and D, thus it exhibits certain limitations. The coordinate calculation method proposed in this paper for the asymmetric roller arrangement model comprehensively addresses these concerns, offering a more expansive scope of applicability and heightened precision in calculation.At the same time, the results of this paper can be programmed to calculate the roller center coordinates quickly and accurately.
