摘要: 数智化技术是将数据分析与实际业务深度融合,从数据中提取信息并据此做出决策,是企业智能化转型的重要组成部分。本文介绍了一种由设备维护工程师基于数据库平台自主开发的数智设备故障诊断系统。该方案本质上是将专业人员的知识和经验转换为代码模型,使计算机根据规则自动分析存储在数据库中的历史数据,监控生产设备的运行状况、预判故障等。由于是对既有数据的二次应用开发,具有针对性强、设备覆盖面广、无需增加额外硬软件投资等优点。在最近3年的实践中已经多次发现设备重大隐患,具有很强的实用价值。

Abstract: Mathematical intellectualization is a new method that deeply integrates digital analysis techniques with certain business. It is also an import issue for the enterprise towards the intelligentization. This paper introduced an intelligent system for monitoring the state of the Sendzimier mills machine. The keypoint is converting the professionals’ experiences into computer automaticly fault prediction. The system has the advantanges of strong practicality and almost no extra investment besides the existing database platform. It has been proven to be very effective for preventive maintenance in the past three years.
