摘要: 近年来,对于磁性能的关注,逐渐由电工钢材料延伸到电工钢材料制作成的电机定子铁心,电机定子铁心的磁性能越来越引起电机厂及新能源汽车厂家的重视。本文针对电机定子铁心,搭建了测磁系统以实现电机定子铁心磁性能的检测,并进行了相关应用研究。通过电机定子铁心磁性能检测,能够量化出不同牌号电工钢产品、定子铁心不同制作工艺之间的磁性能差异,为电工钢产品在电机上的应用提供指导意见,为最终的电机制作和开发提供数据作为参考。

Abstract: In recent years,the focus on magnetic performance has gradually extended from electrical steel materials to motor stator cores made of electrical steel materials.The magnetic properties of motor stator cores have attracted increasing attention from motor manufacturers and new energy vehicle manufacturers.This article focused on the magnetic properties of motor stator iron cores,and established a magnetic measurement system to achieve the detection of the magnetic performance of motor stator iron cores, and conducted relevant application research.By detecting the magnetic properties of the stator iron core of the motor,the differences in magnetic properties between different grades of electrical steel products and different manufacturing processes of the stator iron core can be quantified,providing guidance for the application of electrical steel products in motors and providing data as a reference for the final production and development of motors.
