剪切方式对高硅钢薄带性能的影响

Effects of cutting modes on properties of 6.5 %Si silicon steel strip

摘要: 根据激光切割、精密剪板机冲剪和电火花线切割等剪切方式的特点,针对0.10 mm厚度高硅钢薄带,通过调整切割参数并对比剪切断口形貌,得到各自最佳切割工艺参数。对比分析了剪切方式对剪切质量和磁性能的影响。结果表明,线切割剪切试样的涂层影响区深度最浅、毛刺高度最小,激光切割剪切试样的涂层影响区深度最深、毛刺高度最大;激光切割试样的切割面粗糙度最佳,线切割试样的切割面粗糙度最差;激光切割方式对于磁性能的影响最大,线切割和精密冲剪下的试样磁性能接近。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of laser cutting, wire cutting and punching shear, experiments were carried out to explore the optimal shear parameters on 6.5 %Si silicon steel strip with a thickness of 0.10 mm respectively. The shear quality and the impact on magnetic properties of the steel were evaluated. The results showed that wire cutting specimen has the minimum depth of coating-affected zone and the minimum height of burr, while the roughness of laser cutting specimen is the best. For magnetic performance, laser cutting has the most impact while wire cutting and punching shear are similar on the effect of  magnetic performance.
