摘要: 通过对某常化炉水冷辊易弯曲变形、运转跳动、卡阻等传动不平稳问题分析,提出了水冷辊直连传动方案并实施,实施后水冷辊传动稳定,消除了原有一系列问题,取得了很好的应用效果,对提升钢厂企业生产效益具有十分重要的应用价值。

Abstract: By analyzing the unstable transmission problems of water cooling rolls in a certain silicon steel normalization furnace, such as easy bending deformation, running jumping, and jamming, a direct connection transmission scheme for water cooling rolls is proposed and implemented. After implementation, the water cooling roll transmission is stable, eliminating a series of original problems, and achieving good application results, which is of great application value for improving the production efficiency of steel mills.
