摘要: 冷轧无取向硅钢的产品精度需要热轧提供优良的原料保证,热轧厂为冷轧厂提供无取向硅钢冷轧基料的产品断面形状直接遗传到冷轧最终的产品尺寸。热轧全工序在保证产品最终的凸度、楔形及横向厚差方面的精准控制,涉及板坯质量、加热炉烧钢质量、粗轧板形控制、精轧辊型设计、对中轧制及窜辊策略等工艺要点的精准控制,确保了最终的热轧成品断面形状的控制精度,为后工序的冷轧轧制提供断面保证。

Abstract: The product accuracy of cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet needs to be guaranteed by hot rolling to provide excellent raw materials, and the hot rolling mill provides non-oriented silicon steel cold-rolled base material for the cold rolling mill, and the product cross-sectional shape is directly inherited to the final product size of cold rolling. The whole process of hot rolling ensures the precise control of the final convexity, wedge shape and transverse thickness difference of the product, involving the control of slab quality, heating furnace steel quality, rough rolling plate shape control, finishing roll design, centering rolling and channeling roll strategy, etc., to ensure the control accuracy of the final section shape of the hot rolled finished product, and to provide section guarantee for the cold rolling in the later process.
