Abstract: The annealing process technology of triangular amorphous three-dimensional coil iron core directly affects the product performance of the amorphous three-dimensional coil iron core. Improper annealing process will lead to the scrapping of the entire batch of iron cores, causing significant economic losses. The annealing processes of triangular amorphous three-dimensional coil iron cores were analyzed comprehensively in this paper, combining with material inspection and control, which achieve stable mass production of triangular amorphous three-dimensional coil iron cores.
