Abstract: The structural characteristics and performance requirements of the non-oxidizing high-speed burner of the horizontal continuous annealing furnace were introduced. Combined with the use of the non-oxidizing burner of the horizontal continuous annealing furnace in the cold-rolled silicon steel plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., how to effectively judge the lose efficacy of the high-speed burner was introduced. The reasons of the lose efficacy were analyzed and the improvement measures were proposed.
