钼酸铵部分取代铬酸酐对取向硅钢绝缘涂层的影响

Effect of partial substitution of chromic anhydride with ammonium molybdate on the insulating coating of grain-oriented silicon steel

摘要: 采用线棒辊涂技术和热处理工艺,通过添加钼酸铵逐步取代铬酸酐,制备了低铬环保取向硅钢用绝缘涂层。研究了不同钼酸铵与铬酸铵的添加量对取向硅钢绝缘涂覆液的稳定性和绝缘涂层的显微结构、附着性、硬度和耐腐蚀性的影响。实验结果表明,适量钼酸铵取代铬酸酐后有助于改善涂覆液的润湿性能,提高取向硅钢绝缘涂层的耐吸湿性能和耐腐蚀性。当添加量为1.5 %钼酸铵和1.5 %铬酸酐时,涂覆液的润湿性能最好,涂层粉末的耐吸湿性能最优,涂层表面质量、附着性和耐腐蚀性能最佳。

Abstract: Insulating coatings for environment-friendly, low-chromium grain-oriented silicon steel were prepared by wire rod roller coating technology and heat treatment process, using ammonium molybdate to replace chromic anhydride. The effects of different amounts of ammonium molybdate and ammonium chromate on the stability of the insulating coating solution and the microstructure, adhesion, hardness, and corrosion resistance of the insulating coating for grain-oriented silicon steel were studied. The results showed that the replacement of chromic anhydride with ammonium molybdate can improve the wettability of the coating solution and improve the moisture resistance and corrosion resistance of the insulating coating for the grain-oriented silicon steel. When the amount of ammonium molybdate was 1.5 % and chromic anhydride was 1.5 %, the wettability of the coating solution and the wetting resistance of the coating powder were both the best, causing the best surface quality, adhesion, and corrosion resistance of the coating.
