摘要: 过程控制系统是一种运用于制造企业车间层的管理与控制系统,连接了上层的计划管理系统和底层的工业控制系统,通过信息传递对整个生产过程进行优化管理。在钢铁企业实施过程控制系统,需要针对流程型行业的生产特点,设计合理的软硬件架构,并进行合适的系统集成,发挥其作为钢铁企业信息中枢的重要作用。本文重点介绍硅钢过程控制系统的网络架构和软件架构,并对其使用的系统集成技术进行了分析研究。

Abstract: Process control system is a kind of management and control system used in manufacturing enterprise shop floor. It connects the upper planning management system and the lower industrial control system, and optimizes the management of the entire production process through information transfer. In order to implement process control system in iron and steel enterprises, it’s necessary to design reasonable hardware and software architecture, and carry out appropriate system integration according to the production characteristics of process industry. The system plays an important role as the information center of iron and steel enterprises. The network architecture and software architecture of process control system in silicon steel department were introduced in this paper, of which the system integration technology was also analyzed and studied.
