中温含铜取向硅钢组织与织构演变规律的研究

摘要: 主要利用EBSD技术研究了中温含铜取向硅钢在热轧、一次冷轧、脱碳退火、二次冷轧工序下,组织与织构的演化规律。结果表明:热轧板在厚度方向上存在组织与织构分布不均匀现象,表层为再结晶晶粒,中心层主要为变形晶粒,Goss晶粒主要分布在次表层。Goss晶粒为轧制不稳定织构,在大压下量的一次冷轧和二次冷轧后会消失,经过退火处理后又会重新出现,从而体现了Goss的遗传特性。冷轧后织构逐渐集中于α线织构,且压下率越高,织构越锋锐;退火后织构逐渐向γ线织构偏移。

Abstract: The evolutions of microstructure and texture of medium temperature Cu-bearing grain oriented silicon steel under hot rolling, first cold rolling, decarburizing annealing and second cold rolling were studied by EBSD technology. The results showed that the microstructure and texture of the hot rolled plate were uneven in the thickness direction, the surface layer was recrystallized grains, the center layer was mainly deformed grains, and the Goss grains were mainly distributed in the subsurface. The Goss grain was an unstable rolling texture, which will disappeared after the first and second cold rolling and reappeared after annealing, which reflected the genetic characteristics of Goss. After cold rolling, the texture gradually concentrated on α-line texture, and the higher the compression rate, the sharper the texture was. After annealing, the texture gradually migrated to γ texture.
