摘要: 介绍了一种基于Matlab的织构数据分析方法,通过对Matlab开源项目MTEX二次编程,实现了对电工钢织构数据的处理和分析。它能够脱离设备、软件和空间的限制,便捷处理EBSD和XRD织构数据,包括数据降噪、绘图(BC、IPF、PF、ODF、KAM)、计算织构占比、平均晶粒尺寸以及晶粒尺寸分布等功能。

Abstract: A texture data analysis method based on Matlab was introduced, through the secondary programming of MTEX, an open source project of Matlab, realizing the data analysis function of silicon steel texture. It can break away from the limitations of equipment, software and space, and conveniently deal with EBSD and XRD texture data, including data noise reduction, drawing (BC, IPF, PF, ODF, KAM), calculation of texture proportion, average grain size and grain size distribution.
