摘要: 应用PLS(偏最小二乘)和BP网络建立硅钢的在线铁损预测数学模型,结果显示:PLS和BP网络均具有较高的拟合和预测精度,BP网络精度更高。模型可以应用于硅钢铁损的在线预报和新牌号硅钢产品的开发。

Abstract: The PLS (partial least squares) and BP network were applied to establish the online iron loss prediction mathematical model of silicon steel. The results showed that PLS and BP network have higher fitting and prediction accuracy, and BP network has higher accuracy. The model can be applied to on-line prediction of iron loss of silicon steel and development of new grade silicon steel products.
