Effect of normalizing temperature on microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of 3.0 %Si non-oriented silicon steel

摘要: 在实验室的条件下研究了3.0 %Si无取向硅钢热轧后常化处理对组织、织构演变及磁性能的影响。结果表明,热轧板经900 ℃常化处理后,热轧组织实现完全再结晶;随着常化温度升高至1 000 ℃,晶粒尺寸明显增大,其平均晶粒尺寸为222 μm,并且组织的均匀性得到明显改善。常化温度由900 ℃升高至1 000 ℃时,磁感B50由1.661 T增高至1.674 T;低频铁损P1.5/50由2.323 W/kg降低至2.282 W/kg;高频铁损P1.0/400由18.37 W/kg降低至17.45 W/kg。

Abstract: The effects of normalizing treatment on microstructure, texture evolution and magnetic properties of  3.0 % Si non-oriented silicon steel after hot rolling were investigated in laboratory. The results showed that the microstructure of the hot rolled plate was completely recrystallized after normalizing at  900 ℃ , and the average grain size increased with the normalizing temperature rising to  1 000 ℃ . The average grain size was  222 μm , and the microstructure uniformity was obviously improved. When the normalizing temperature increased from  900 ℃  to  1 000 ℃ , the magnetic induction  B50 increased from 1.661 T to 1.674 T. Low frequency iron loss  P1.5/50 decreased from 2.323 W/kg to 2.282 W/kg, and high frequency iron loss P1.0/400 decreased from 18.37 W/kg to 17.45 W/kg.
