摘要: 针对无取向电工钢退火机组在清洗段清洗过程中,带钢表面出现的黑色污点缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的机理和影响因素,并结合退火机组现场生产实际情况,提出了减少甚至消除带钢表面黑色污点缺陷的措施。

Abstract: The mechanism and influencing factors of black spot defect on strip surface of nonoriented electrical steel annealing unit in the cleaning process of cleaning section were analyzed, and the measures to reduce or even eliminate black spot defect on strip surface were put forward according to the actual production situation of annealing unit on site.
