摘要: 取向硅钢性能的优劣是决定变压器损耗的主要因素。新能效等级标准的实施,对取向硅钢提出了更高的要求。本文结合变压器、取向硅钢的发展,分析了变压器的损耗与取向硅钢性能的关系,并提出了新能效等级标准实施后对取向硅钢的需求预测。

关键词: 能效等级, 变压器, 空载损耗, 负载损耗, 取向硅钢

Abstract: The performance of oriented silicon steel is the main factor determining the loss of transformer. The implementation of the new energy efficiency grade standard puts forward higher requirements for oriented silicon steel. Combined with the development of transformer and oriented silicon steel, the relationship between transformer loss and the properties of oriented silicon steel were analyzed in this paper, and the demand prediction of oriented silicon steel after the implementation of the new energy efficiency grade standard was put forward.
