摘要: 基于耗散结构理论视角,研究了新能源产业系统的开放性、远离平衡态、协同效应与涨落机制,并提出了相应的对策,以推动我国新能源产业的有序发展。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of dissipative structure theory, the openness, distance from equilibrium, synergy effect and fluctuation mechanism of the new energy industry system were studied, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed to promote the orderly development of China's new energy industry.
