摘要: 本文采用FMECA技术,分别从化工屏蔽泵的系统结构、故障模式、故障原因分析、故障影响及严酷度、检测方法、设计改进措施、使用补偿措施分析及危害性分析等角度,对化工用屏蔽泵的可靠性进行了研究;并从设计和制造上对屏蔽电机的电工钢应用技术提出了要求。

Abstract: The reliability of chemical industry shielding pump was studied through Failure Mode Effects and Critically Analysis (FMECA) technology in this paper,from the angles of chemical pump’s structure, failure mode and failure cause analysis, failure effect and severe degree, detecting methods, design improvements, the adopted compensation measures analysis and hazard analysis. It is also introduced the requirements of the electrical steel application technology for the shielded motor from the design and manufacture.
