摘要: 对Si的质量分数在1.5 %~2.0 %的中牌号无取向硅钢,在不同卷取温度下氧化层对酸洗效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明:690 ℃高温卷取时,热轧板表层存在一层致密的氧化层,厚度在2~4 μm,酸洗后,仍存在1~3 μm氧化层;570 ℃低温卷取时,热轧板表层也存在一层致密的氧化层,厚度在2~4 μm,但酸洗后,几乎不存在氧化层,且酸洗效率大幅提升。

Abstract: The effect of oxide layer at different coiling temperatures on pickling of  non-oriented silicon steel with mass fraction of Si between 1.5 % and 2.0 % was studied. The results showed that: a dense oxide layer of 2-4 μm thick was existed on the surface of the hot rolled plate when coiling temperature at 690 ℃, and after pickling the oxide layer was still 1-3 μm thick; but when the coiling temperature at 570 ℃, the existing 2-4 μm thick oxide layer on the surface of the hot rolled plate was almost disappeared after pickling, and the pickling efficiency was greatly improved.
