摘要: 针对硅钢退火线跑偏问题,通过对轧硬卷带钢在退火线辊面上运行的受力分析,结合马钢冷轧硅钢六辊可逆轧机实际板形,得出轧机板形与退火线跑偏的关联性。根据硅钢产线实际状况及板形与跑偏的关联性分析,制定退火线跑偏改善有效措施,并配合退火线辊系改造及纠偏能力提升,对跑偏治理具有关键性作用。

Abstract: The relationship between strip shape and strip deviation was obtained by analyzing the force of rolled hard strip steel running on the roll surface of the annealing line and combining with the actual silicon steel sheet shape cold rolled on the six-high reversible rolling mill of Masteel. And then according to the actual situation of silicon steel production line in a steel mill and the correlation analysis between the sheet shape and the deviation, effective measures to reduce the deviation of the annealing line were formulated. These measures were playing a key role in deviation control combined with the roll system reform of the annealing line and the improvement of the deviation correction ability.
