摘要: 近年来取向硅钢向着薄规格、低铁损方向发展,增加了后续产品剪切的难度。本文对薄规格取向硅钢剪切特点进行了分析,对相关的研究进行了综述,并结合宝钢取向硅钢EVI经验,对薄规格取向硅钢剪切常见缺陷进行了分析。

Abstract: In recent years, grain oriented electrical steels are developing toward low iron loss and thin gauge products, which increase the difficulty of subsequent product shearing. In this paper, the shearing characteristics of thin gauge grain oriented electrical steels were analyzed, and the relevant researches were summarized. According to the EVI experience of grain oriented electrical steels in Baosteel, the common shearing defects of thin gauge grain oriented electrical steels were analyzed.
