摘要: 通过对涂覆涂层中无机成分、有机成分和含有不同树脂成分的无取向硅钢涂层样板进行电泳涂漆工业试验,研究电泳漆附着性的影响因素。结果表明:涂层中无机成分对电泳漆附着性无不良影响,涂层中树脂成分对电泳漆附着性有显著影响。

Abstract: The factors affecting the adhesion of electrophoretic paint were studied through the industrial test of electrophoretic paint on inorganic components, organic components and non-oriented silicon steel coating samples containing different resin components. The results showed that the inorganic components in the coating have no adverse effect on the adhesion of electrophoretic paint, and the resin components in the coating have a significant effect on the adhesion of electrophoretic paint.
