摘要/Abstract

摘要： 宝钢股份武汉钢铁有限公司硅钢事业部青山工厂产线进口焊机种类多，机型杂，管理难度大。本文结合多年的进口焊机技术管理经验，形成了以进口焊机运行稳定性与焊缝质量可靠性为目标的主要管理理念，介绍了进口焊机管理团队模式、核心内容、技术管理、现场管理、备件国产化、焊机智能化几方面的思路，实现了进口焊机的可靠稳定运行，减少了断带和重焊事故的发生。

关键词: 硅钢, 进口焊机, 管理思路

Abstract: The silicon steel factory of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. has many kinds of imported welding machines with miscellaneous models, which are difficult to manage.Based on several years’ experiences in technology management of imported welding machines, the main management idea of operation stability and weld quality reliability of imported welding machine was formed, and several aspects of management ideas of the management team mode of imported welding machine, core content, technical management, field management, spare parts localization and intelligence of welding machine were introduced, which realized the reliable and stable operation of imported welding machine and reduced the occurrence of broken belt and heavy welding accidents.
