摘要: 针对鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧硅钢厂硅钢连退炉原有存在的问题,利用技术改造机会,采用了全辐射管加热、低氮氧化物烧嘴、连续+脉冲燃烧控制方式,增设余热回收装置、炉辊轴承增加隔热措施等新技术,改善了产品表面质量,降低了氮氧化物指标,实现了余热回收,提高了连退炉稳定运行水平。

Abstract: In view of the existing problems of the annealing furnace in Cold Rolling Silicon Steel Plant of Angang Steel Co. Ltd., the new technologies of the total radiant tube heating, low nox burners, continuous + pulse combustion control mode, increasing the number of waste heat recovery unit, the furnace roller bearing to increase heat insulation measures, etc. were used in this technocal renovation, which improved the product surface quality, reduced the nitrogen oxide index, realized the waste heat recovery, and improved the stable operation level of the reformed annealing furnace.
