电工钢张力测量数据分析及闭环控制的建立

摘要: 运用现代化测量技术,采用数字管理手段,实现了对张力传感器测量信号的实时监测、记录及异常报警信息收集。同时,采用现代信号处理和分析方法,提出EMD(经验模式分解)算法分解张力信号,可以在线实时提取和分析张力传感器故障特征,并进行闭环控制,可用于检测与诊断传感器早期故障,优化张力差控制轧制模型,提高轧制后的电工钢产品质量。

Abstract: Modern measurement technology and digital management means were used to realize realtime monitoring, recording and abnormal alarm of tension sensor measurement signal. At the same time, modern signal processing and analysis methods were adopted, and empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm was proposed to decompose the tension signal, which can extract and analyze the fault characteristics of the tension sensor online and in real time, and carry out closedloop control. It creates great benefits for detecting and diagnosing the early fault of the sensor and optimizing the quality of electrical steel products.
