摘要: 节能配电变压器能效升级是贯彻执行我国节能减排的基本国策,也是推动变压器行业技术进步的重要举措。变压器铁心的制造技术及叠装结构直接关系到空载损耗、空载电流、噪声的大小。通过对4种变压器铁心制造技术的主要指标进行比较,分析了它们各自的优势和不足,提出采用不同的设计方式或使用不同的磁性材料或新材料,可实现配电变压器节能降耗,达到能效等级标准,可大力推广及应用。

Abstract: The energy efficiency upgrade of energy saving distribution transformer is an important measure to implement the basic national policy of energy saving and emission reduction in China and promote the technological progress of transformer industry.The manufacturing technology of transformer core and its superposition structure are directly related to the noload loss, noload current and noise.By comparing the main indexes of four kinds of transformer core manufacturing technology,the advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed, and different design methods or magnetic materials or new materials were put forward to realize energy saving and consumption reduction of distribution transformer, reaching the standard of energy efficiency grade, which can be popularized and applied vigorously.
