在我国申请的冷轧取向硅钢涂层专利技术分析

摘要: 对1999—2019年在我国申请的冷轧取向硅钢涂层的专利数量、专利技术领域分布进行了统计。统计分析结果表明:目前在我国申请的冷轧取向硅钢涂层专利有121项,其中国内有96项,国外有25项,典型的专利技术主要有底层质量改善、无底层形成、含铬绝缘涂层及无铬环保绝缘涂层等,硅钢涂层发展的趋势是以无铬环保的绝缘涂层为主。

Abstract: The patent quantity of cold rolled oriented silicon steel coating and distribution of technology fields applied in China from 1999 to 2019 were summarized. The analysis results indicated that,there are 121 patents of coldrolled oriented silicon steel coating applied in China, 96 patents applied by native producers and 25 patents applied by abroad producers.The typical patent technology include improving forsterrite quality, no forming forsterrite, containing chromate insulating coating and chromiumfree and environment friendly coating and so on,The developing trend of silicon steel coating is mainly chromiumfree and environment friendly insulating coating.
