冲裁工艺对铸铝铁心冲裁面发蓝绝缘性的影响

摘要: 为探索冲裁工艺对铸铝铁心冲裁面绝缘性的影响,利用高精度剪板机模拟不同间隙对定频压缩机用无取向硅钢冲裁后断面形貌及毛刺高度的影响规律,进而确定不同冲裁工艺对铸铝铁心冲裁面发蓝绝缘性的影响。结果表明:冲裁相对间隙从 8 % 提高到 18 % ,断面光亮带所占比例从 72.5 % 下降到 45.5 % ;硫酸铜滴定反应时间从 191 s 提高到 232 s ;毛刺高度由 2.6 μm 增加到 9.1 μm ;定频压缩机用无取向硅钢最佳模具间隙应控制在 10 % ~ 15 %之间。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of blanking process on the insulation of blanking surface of cast aluminum core, highprecision shearing machine was used to simulate the influence of different gaps on the section morphology and burr height of nonoriented silicon steel used for constant frequency compressor after blanking, and then the influence of different blanking process on the blue insulation of blanking surface of cast aluminum core was determined. The results showed that, as the relative clearance of blanking increased from 8 % to 18 %, the proportion of bright zone in cross section decreased from 72.5 % to 45.5 %, and the reaction time of cupric sulfate titration increased from 191 s to 232 s, and the burr height increased from 2.6 μm to 9.1 μm. The optimal die clearance of nonoriented silicon steel for constant frequency compressor should be controlled between 10 % and 15 %.
