高冲片性50BW600电磁性能影响因素及工艺控制

摘要: 高冲片性50BW600无取向硅钢是专门为高速冲床设计的一种高强度与硬度无取向硅钢,用于西门子工业电机的生产,其电磁性能与冲压性能要求同样较高。通过对高冲片性50BW600无取向硅钢化学成分、热轧和冷轧工艺进行研究,分析了产品的组织结构及性能,找出影响产品电磁性能的因素,通过生产工艺控制提高了产品的实物质量,保证了产品的性能指标满足用户要求。

Abstract: High punching 50BW600 nonoriented silicon steel is a kind of cold rolled nonoriented silicon steel of high strength and high hardness, which is used in the production of Siemens industrial motor, with the demand of high  electromagnetic performance and stamping performance. The chemical compostion, hot rolling and cold rolling processes of the high punching 50BW600 nonoriented silicon steel were researched in this paper, and  the factors affecting electromagnetic performances of the product were found out by analyzing the product's structure and performance.By optimizing the production process, then, the prodcut's qualities have been successfully improved,   which can satisfy the user's requirements on the performance index of the product .
