摘要: 阐述了冷轧硅钢剪切机组纵切毛刺产生的原因,分析了剪刃侧隙、重叠量、剪刃精度和刃口状态和纵剪机的精度等因素对硅钢纵切毛刺的影响,提出了纵切毛刺超差的原因的处理办法:采用新型毛刺清理装置,使冷轧硅钢的成品毛刺控制在了0.01 mm以内,满足下游用户的要求,对提高剪切质量及成品率具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: The causes of the longitudinal cutting burr of cold rolled silicon steel CS unit were described, on which the influences of the factors such as the side clearance, overlap, precision and edge state of the cutting edge, and the accuracy of the longitudinal shearing machine were analyzed. Then the treatment method of dealing with the longitudinal cutting burr error was put forward, that was applying a designed new burr cleaning device. The practice showed that the finished product burr of cold rolled silicon steel has been successfully controlled in less than 0.01 mm by using the new device, which can satisfy  customers' requirements, and make great reference to improve the shear quality and the yield.
