摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了用于取向硅钢生产的隧道式高温退火炉的主要设备配置及功能，并对比分析了其在占地面积、生产效率、节约能耗、产品性能一致性及投资等方面的优点，为我国取向硅钢高温退火提供了新的生产装备和工艺参考。

关键词: 取向硅钢 , 隧道式高温退火炉, 单体罩式炉

Abstract: This paper introduced the main equipment configuration and functions of hightemperature annealing tunnel furnace used in the production of oriented silicon steel, and analyzed its advantages in the aspects of floor area, production efficiency, energy saving, product performance consistency and investment, which provides a new type production equipment and process reference for the hightemperature annealing of oriented silicon steel in China.
