摘要: 介绍了无取向电工钢绝缘涂层技术发展过程,重点分析了无取向电工钢生产中所使用的含铬涂液中的六价铬对环境和人体的危害,进一步对比了现有无取向电工钢环保型涂液和含铬涂液的性能,表明当前推广应用环保型涂层具有必要性和可行性。

Abstract: The development process of nonoriented electrical steel insulating coatings technology is introduced in this paper, and the hazards to environment and human body of Cr6+ in chromium coatings used in the production of nonoriented electrical steel are analyzed emphatically. The performances of environmentally friendly coating and chromiumcontaining coating solution for the nonoriented electrical steel are compared, which indicates the necessity and feasibility of promoting the application of environmentally friendly coatings at present.
