取向高硅钢的制备与表征

摘要: 采用粉末包埋法对成品Si的质量分数3 %的取向硅钢进行固体渗硅和扩散退火,并对样品的组织、物相、织构和磁性能进行测试分析。结果表明:在800 ℃、硅粉+(质量分数0.5 %)卤化物+填充剂的条件下,在较短的时间(10 min)内即可在Si的质量分数3 %的取向硅钢上制备出表面平整、内部致密、与基体结合良好的渗硅层;经过扩散退火后,Goss织构能够完全保留下来,同时高频铁损显著降低(37 %~63 %)。证明固体渗硅技术可以制备出磁性能优异的取向高硅钢。

Abstract: The structure, phase, texture and magnetic properties of the samples of the finished grain oriented silicon steel with Si content of 3% were tested and analyzed after solid siliconizing and diffusion annealing by pack cementation. The results showed that: the silicon permeable layer with smooth surface, dense interior and good bonding with matrix can be prepared on the oriented silicon steel with Si content of 3 % in a short time (10 min) under the condition of 800 ℃ and silicon powder + (mass fraction 0.5 %) halide + filler, and Goss texture can be completely retained with high frequency iron loss reduced significantly (37 %~63 %) after diffusion annealing. It has been proved that solid silicon osmosis technology can prepare oriented high silicon steel with excellent magnetic properties.
