高温环型炉温度场对取向硅钢磁性能影响的研究

摘要: 利用环型炉温度场模型,对取向硅钢环型炉高温退火的温度场分布情况进行了研究,探讨了高温环型炉退火工艺对取向硅钢性能的影响。结果表明:环型炉内钢卷升温阶段温度差异明显,影响取向硅钢的二次再结晶过程,进而造成取向硅钢磁性能水平的差异。

Abstract: The temperature distribution of grain oriented silicon steel coil in ring furnace was analyzed by the model of temperature field in ring furnace. The influence on silicon steel’s property from the temperature field was discussed. The result showed that,there was an obvious temperature difference at different positions of the steel coil during heating stage, which affects the secondary recrystallization process of the oriented silicon steel, and then leads to the difference of the magnetic properties of the oriented silicon steel.
