Abstract: The electromagnetic properties and mechanical properties of non-oriented silicon steel 50W470 at different angles of deviation from rolling direction were tested and analyzed, and the theoretical model of magnetocrystalline anisotropy was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the direction deviating from the rolling direction of 0° has the best electromagnetic performance, which is the easiest magnetized direction and has the lowest mechanical strength. The direction deviating from the rolling direction of 50°~60° has the worst magnetic properties, which is the most difficult magnetized direction and has the highest mechanical strength. There are significant differences in texture distribution and strength at various angles deviating from the rolling direction.
