摘要: 由于冷轧含硅量3.0 %以上产品屈服强度大、硬度高,轧制时各机架处于高轧制力状态,带钢板形不良情况屡有发生,轧制后带钢呈现边浪或异形边浪。对首钢某冷连轧厂含硅量3.0 %以上产品生产时板形不良情况进行分析,并提出应对措施。通过调整各个机架轧制负荷、轧制窜辊值以及轧辊的优化使用等措施,板形合格率达到98 %以上,达到改善下线产品板形质量的目的。

Abstract: Due to the high yield strength and high hardness of cold-rolled products with silicon content above 3.0 %, each stand is in a state of high rolling force during rolling, and the bad shape of the strip often occurs, and the strip after rolling presents edge waves or abnormal edge waves. The bad shape of strip with silicon content over 3.0 % in a tandem cold rolling mill of Shougang was analyzed. By adjusting the rolling load of each stand, the value of rolling shift and optimizing the use of rolls, the qualified rate of strip shape can reach over 98 % and the quality of strip shape can be improved.
