摘要: 研究了大压下率一次冷轧、临界变形二次冷轧和中等压下率二次冷轧对3.28 %Si高牌号无取向硅钢再结晶组织、织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,80 %大压下率一次冷轧晶粒尺寸最小,平均为103 μm,均匀性较好;主要织构为{111}〈112〉,其次为{111}〈110〉;综合磁性能较好,P1.5/50和B50居中,P1.5/50各向异性最小。9 %临界压下率二次冷轧晶粒尺寸最大,平均为156 μm,但有些晶粒尚未发生完全再结晶,均匀性最差;主要织构为{111}〈110〉和{112}面织构,同时高斯织构{110}〈001〉组分强度最弱;综合磁性能最差,P1.5/50最高、B50最低、P1.5/50各向异性最大。50 %中等压下率二次冷轧晶粒尺寸介于临界变形二次冷轧和大压下率一次冷轧之间,平均为112 μm,均匀性最好;织构主要为{110}〈001〉和{100}面织构;综合磁性能最好,P1.5/50最低、B50最高、P1.5/50各向异性居中。

Abstract: The effect of different cold rolling process with high reduction rate of primary cold rolling, critical deformation and moderate reduction rate of secondary cold rolling on recrystallization microstructure,textures and magnetic properties of 3.28 % Si silicon steel were researched. The results showed that the steel in the process of 80 % high reduction rate primary cold rolling had the smallest grain size and better grain uniformity, with the average grain size about 103 μm, textures of mainly {111}〈112〉 and next {111}〈110〉, and better comprehensive performances of better P1.5/50 and better B50 and the smallest anisotropy. In the process of 9 % critical deformation, the grain size was the largest of about 156 μm in average, but some grains did not finish complete recrystallization, so the grain uniformity was the worst, with the textures of mainly {111}〈110〉 and {112} plane texture and the weakest {110}〈001〉 texture, and the worst comprehensive performances of the highest P1.5/50, the lowest B50 and the biggest anisotropy. While in the process of 50 % moderate reduction rate of secondary cold rolling, the steel’s grain size was in middle among the three cold rolling processes of about 112 μm in average, and the grain uniformity was the best, with the textures of mainly {110}〈001〉 and {100} plane texture and the best comprehensive performances of the lowest P1.5/50, the highest B50 and better anisotropy.
