摘要: 分析了武汉钢铁有限公司条材厂CSP均热炉炉辊辊环的结瘤物成分和结瘤产生的原因,并从加热控制、降低辊环温度和改善辊环受力均匀性以及炉辊清理方面,提出了相关减少炉辊结瘤的控制措施。

Abstract: The composition and the causes of the roller ring nodule in CSP soaking furnace of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation Strip Mill were analyzed. Then the control measures to reduce roller nodulation were put forward from the aspects of heating control, decreasing roller ring temperature, improving stress uniformity of roller ring and cleaning roller.
